It seems to be a virtual kennel.
So someone is pretending to keep a kennel (which he/she doesn't have in real life) and keeps the web site where everyone can see and read about the dogs there are. She keeps a blog and adds imagionary show results and such.
So what this website's keeper was actually asking, was to copy some pictures of yours and add them to her virtual kennel and say these are pictures of her virtual dogs. If you will let your pictures be copied, you may ask her to put your website's link there or put the photographer's name in there.
I think most of the kennels refuse to give their pictures. Unfortunately sometimes those virtual kennels copy pictures without a permission. So it's great that this one is asking for one. But it's up to you
And giving permission for one virtual kennel easily leads to someone else stealing the pics from there, I'm afraid.
